Lori and Kristen provided excellent service to my husband and I with a trip to Iguazu Falls in January, 2022. Lori worked with us from the very beginning of the planning stages, which was in March of 2021. She weathered so many questions from me and lots of back and forth. She was always very responsive and provided lots of great alternatives and detail. Related to Covid, we had many ups and downs with our trip to Buenos Aires/Santiago and she stuck with us the whole time. During the holidays, Kristen very competently stepped in to aid us with the remaining arrangements. This is our first time working with Condor for trips in South America and we highly recommend them and their services - for sure the people make the company and Lori and Kristen are the best!!

Everything was FABULOUS! The entire trip was the BEST! We loved our stay in Panama, and everything was perfect. And Argentina was over the top. The hotels, guides, and personal care and attention were 10 stars! We were thrilled. Thank you again for such a memorable holiday.

Our trip was fantastic! Summit Travel was excellent and our guide, Fernanda, was very good, always prompt and had all the information we needed each day including printed boarding passes for our flights. The Tango show was interesting and educational... The hotel in Buenos Aires, Dazzler Recoleta, was a very good value and location. I probably would have upgraded to the Loi Suites because it was a little nicer, a little better location, and not that expensive. All said, the staff at Dazzler was fantastic. We had 3 different rooms, staying there 3 times, and all were good. The day trip on the ferry to Uruguay was very fun. We had great weather and enjoyed strolling around town. We loved Iguazu Falls and the Loi Suites, excellent recommendation. Thank you so much for helping to arrange the trip and make it tailored to our needs. Since it was kind of last minute, it was very helpful to have someone else make all of the arrangements!

The trip was absolutely amazing! I am very happy with the decision to go with Condor Tours and Travel. Capella Marigot Bay is a paradise that I would not have found on my own. It was the perfect place, and perfect vacation package for my budget. Regarding the planning, everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Thanks for all of the suggestions and for answering my many questions. And I must point out that the hotel transfers to and from the hotel went smoothly and arrived early. Also Lori, thanks for calling to wish us a happy trip; that made us feel special before even going on the vacation. We feel like you all actually cared and were concerned about us having a memorable experience, and not only wanting to book just another vacation package. This was the best vacation planning experience ever, and also the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Is it possible that you all could plan my life? There is a saying, "Happy wife, happy life." My wife was very happy and this time I have to share the credit with Condor Tours and Travel. Thanks and big hugs to you both. I very much look forward to booking the next vacation with Condor Tours and Travel!

Thanks for setting up our wonderful trip to Chile. Petrohue Lodge was awesome and the guided trips (rock climbing, trekking, zipline, whitewater rafting) were great. The excursions were generally strenuous and exciting, not boring tours. Cumbres Atacama was also a great hotel... One day we actually hired our own driver for our own private excursion. All pickups and drivers went smoothly. Overall, it was a trip to remember.

We had a wonderful time!! The tour guides you provided were terrific. Our guide in Lima was a wealth of information and hysterically funny. We learned a lot and laughed until we cried. Our guide in Santiago was also great. Your selection of the winery was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was very efficient. The food, the wine tasting and the people made this overnight trip a "blast". The airport hotel was super (sooooo close to the airport it made it a great connection). Our guide got us all confirmed and we made it to the gate with a breeze. He was going to meet us upon our return to Santiago, he wanted to be sure I had a wheelchair (my knees and back were giving me problems) and that we got to the gate in time. When we arrived in Santiago on our return they had a wheelchair at the gate and they wheeled us right to our departure gate. So please pass our "Thanks" to him since we never had the chance to see him and thank him. The Easter Island portion of our trip was spectacular. The accommodations were superior ..the staff at Hare Noi was amazing and the tour guides were both exceptional and funny. We walked, climbed, laughed, etc. I think we saw everything there was to see. We made great friends. I would recommend the Hare Noi without hesitation. Thanks to you and to your staff!!!

The honeymoon was great. I would recommend The Springs Resort to everybody going to that area. The volcano walk and zip lining Tour were fun. We got some really good pictures. The canyoneering tour was amazing. I would recommend that one to everybody as well. Lots of fun and good food at the end. The RIU was nice, but not as nice at the Springs. Still, overall a nice resort. All ground services were on time and in nice vehicles.

Sunday brought us back to Salt Lake City as our Costa Rica adventure concluded. I thought I’d share some thoughts with you for future reference. We had a wonderful time. Our guide, Jose Schmidt, was cream of the crop. He had thorough flora & fauna knowledge. He was attentive and completely dedicated to our trip enjoyment. He intimately knew each location but never failed to turn over the spotlight to the local guides when they were present. Jose stopped the bus to point out birds. He could describe with authority geology visible from each location. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Our accommodations were excellent. I don’t know who trains Arenal Springs personnel but they deserve a gold medal themselves. I’ve never seen people so thoroughly believe in and execute their training. I felt there was nothing they wouldn’t do for us. Rooms were great. Parador was another super facility. It was, at first, quite confusing. After the first night, though, I got the hang of it and easily found my way around. One of their managers even suggested the best place for our group photo out on the Sunset Terrace. It was perfect. Our rooms were first class with wonderful ocean views. While we had fun exploring Costa Rica, if we were to come back I’d add in time for Zip Line and white water rafting and subtract Baru and one of the other rainforest hikes. It seemed we were seeing the same sort of thing over & over. Boca Tapada was by far the best bird photography site. The rest seemed like attempts to duplicate them. Even though we had some super heavy rainfall, for the most part, we were able to get our photography in between storms. Don’t get me wrong. I think we came away from each location with memorable images. Herb was a true asset to our team. It was great to have him along to interpret some of Costa Rica’s culture as well as relate it to other Central American countries. As I earlier said, I consider our trip a wonderful success.

I can't tell you what an amazing trip we had to Costa Rica! Everything was absolutely perfect! The country is beautiful and the people so welcoming and proud of their country. We loved the diversity of the areas we got to see from tropical rain forest to cloud forest to beach. Every place we went was fascinating and beautiful. The transfers were always right on time, the guides were so well informed and so excited to share their knowledge (especially Marco at the Arenal Volcano Tour who spent so much time with us bc we were as excited about leaf cutter ants as he was and Carlos in Monteverde took some amazing photos for us through his telescope -- saw a Quetzal!). The farm tour in Arenal was outstanding and the lunch there was over the top good (fried plantains with bitter sweet chocolate sauce!). All of our excursions were great! We loved Hotel Belmar (the views at sunset!) and the cloud forest too. The dinner we had there was one of the best we had and every dinner we had was really outstanding. Thomas had no issues with the food and everyone at each resort was so accommodating with his needs (Nayara made him a special gluten free pizza!). We loved the fresh bfast buffets each morning and the accommodations were so comfortable and beautiful. I don't even know if we could pick a favorite place, they were all so amazing in their own ways. It was a wonderful trip all around. Food was amazing, logistics perfectly timed, accommodations beyond lovely and tours excellent. Please pass on our thanks and praise to the folks at Condor Travel who helped coordinate everything. They did a fantastic job and everyone took such good care of us! Happy to debrief in more detail about anything if you'd like recent on the ground info about any of the resorts, tours or food. Just let me know. Thanks again! Can't wait for you to plan another trip for us!!!!!

For our holiday to Costa Rica this year, Condor Tours and Travel were a pleasure to work with. This is a result of their flexibility in making a number of modifications to their Classic + Beach itinerary specific to our particular interests. Changes included using the hotels we chose to stay at, changing the number of days in specific locations and altering their beach location to the one that we wanted to visit. When we arrived in San Jose their knowledgeable representative greeted us at the airport. On our ride to the hotel he presented us with our travel vouchers and reviewed them with us to ensure that everything was in order for our two week Costa Rican vacation. Everything was in order and well presented. All of our pre-planned tours, pick up times for transportation and hotel reservations took place without any problems. This is a credit to the efficient organizational abilities of Condor Tours and Travel and their choice of top quality local professional services. It made for a worry free holiday for my wife and I. This is the second year in a row that we have been involved with Condor in planning a holiday specific to our requests. They are first class specialists to work with, they sincerely care about their clients and do everything they can to meet the needs of their customers. I look forward to planning another holiday with them and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I have been meaning to email you about our trip to Arenal and Tamarindo, Costa Rica. We had an absolute blast!!! It was EXACTLY what we needed. First off we stayed at Tabacon Resort and Spa - breathtaking. We enjoyed the hot springs and the animals we would see around the resort. We went ziplining - no one else was on the tour - so it was so personalized and fun. I can't remember the tour group but the guys were top notch. We loved the videos/pictures we purchased from them as well. We also did the rainforest walk and were able to get amazing views of the volcano. We loved the lush landscape both at the resort and around the area. We loved the included breakfast buffet - we were all very pleased. If there was a downside I would say that you couldn't walk to town, but honestly our day was full with other activities that we didn't feel the need to leave our resort. The transportation from Tabacon to Tamarindo was long, but we knew it would be. It was a little hairy at first as the road was very curvy and it made some of us sick, but the stop at an amazing local restaurant for lunch helped cure that. Our driver was so nice and personable. El Capiton Suizo was exactly what you said - 5 stars. We all felt the website did not do it justice. The views were amazing, the beach was private and relaxing, the sunsets breathtaking. The staff was so nice. We loved that it was boutique style and you really felt that the staff knew you during your stay. We all took advantage of the spa... so relaxing and reasonably priced. The restaurant is great, as well as the bar. The guys in our group didn't really like the breakfast items as they are more bacon/sausage eaters, but my sister and I thought it was just right. We loved that we could walk into town daily and explore many options for dinner. We found an Italian place that was top notch and reasonable that we went to twice. We loved how laid back everything was and that we never had to use a car. We enjoyed taking surf lessons, lounging on the beach and at the pool. We also loved that we could run on the beach in the morning. I can't really think of a downside to Tamarindo except maybe the food - but as you told us before CR isn't known as a culinary destination. Also, it only rained for ~ 15minutes the day we left Arenal and went to Tamarindo. The weather was amazing. I'm sure I am leaving some details out, but thank you for organizing an amazing trip. We really really enjoyed Costa Rica - it was truly paradise!!

The trip was great - the white water rafting, canyoning and zip-lining were especially good. We also signed up for a combined ATV + zip lining tour on our open day and that was really good as well. The accommodations were good - we don't spend a lot time in the rooms awake, so that is not something on which we focus. Everyone had a really good time, and the trip seemed to end too soon. Once again, thank you for helping put this together.

Muchas Gracias Pacuare Lodge proprietor and dedicated staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our lodge, the food and service were world class! We praise God for creating such a wonderful river, rainforest, the birds, fauna, and all the living creatures within the 340 hectares. We also thank you for caring so much about preserving the surrounding eco-system and helping the neighboring population and villages. The Pacuare Lodge culture is incredible and will long be one of our fondest memories.

This note is a long time coming. Last year my wife and I took a cruise from Ft Lauderdale to Costa Rica. Our travel agent, Joyce Violet of Aircruise & Tours, arranged hotel and private car transfers through you to the Gaia Hotel. This was our first visit to the country and the hotel. We found the hotel to be first class (5 Stars). First, the driver was waiting on the pier for us as we departed the ship. As a matter of fact, he had made contact with the ship to see if we had disembarked or not. His vehicle was clean and he was courteous although his English was modest, but certainly miles ahead of our knowledge of Spanish. While driving to the hotel he stopped at a store for a restroom break. When we got back to the car he was waiting with two bottles of chilled water. We then went across the river and he again stopped so we could walk back on the bridge and view a group of crocodiles sunning themselves on the shore. Shortly after that one of the owners of the hotel called him on his cell phone to check on our progress and then speak to us and welcome us to Costa Rica. That was a first ever experience like that. Upon arrival at the property, one of the owners, Thomas, was on hand to greet us and supervise the transfer of our luggage from the car to the hotel's carts. We soon found that nearly all of the staff spoke good English and it seemed to us that they had been trained by one of our favorite cruise lines (Regent, Seven Seas or Crystal Line). They were most accommodating, knew the property well and were most anxious to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. After checking in we proceeded to our room (suite?) and found it to most spacious, clean, well decorated and first class. We chose the master bedroom and settled in. The living room in the unit had a flat screen TV, music system, lots of comfortable furniture. This unit could easily accommodate 4-6 people without falling over each other. It also had a connecting door in the living room so that two families traveling together could move between the units on that level. We had dinner in the hotel dining room and had an excellent meal. The 2 or 3 pools were most inviting. The second day we took a shuttle cart down to the main gate and asked for a ride into town. Thomas again was on hand and told us that he would take us in. He took one of the hotel’s cars and drove us around. He didn’t just take us to town, but did a mini tour including detailed information about the area and the development of the property. We did discover that the support staff, maids, bus boys and gardeners did not speak much, if any, English, but were courteous and helpful. I would heartily recommend your service and this property to anyone visiting the Manuel Antonio area. Next we had another private car take us to San Jose, the capital, where we stayed at the Marriott by the airport. The reception desk was fine, the food 3 or 4 stars, the waiter 5 stars.... We had an early morning plane and had to be picked up at 0600. While closing one of our bags the zipper failed and the hotel located a maintenance man with a roll of duct tape to solve our dilemma. The day in between we had a Canopy Tour (Zip line) and White Water Rafting trip. The ride was lengthy in the car over not first class roads. The driver was waiting for us and his van was clean. Upon arrival at the base camp we found that we were the only people who had reservations for the zip lines and raft trip. We truly enjoy zip lines, and this one was very good. Because we were the only ones on the trip, there was no waiting and the guides paced it to our desires. The last run was back to base camp over a valley and river. We had a good lunch and then the White Water Rafting. Again we were the only ones, so had a personalized trip. Since it had rained the preceding two days we also had a scout guide in a kayak go ahead of us. That guide took my wife’s waterproof digital camera and got some great shots of us. We would give that tour a 4.5 to 5.0. Thank you again for excellent accommodations at the Gaia Hotel, the drivers and the Canopy/White Water trip.

Just a note to tell you that the five of us from us from San Antonio and one from N.H. (she came here early thank goodness or she may never have gotten out of the winter weather in the east) -had a wonderful time in Costa Rica--guides were wonderful - everyone was so friendly - food was great - sights great -the weather was very good (one would expect a little rain in the rain forest). What a clean country. I would advise that based on what the local folks say one should NEVER go there in March - it reaches 110 degrees!! I must say Elements did a very GOOD job!!!! Also the Westin Resort was out of this world!! The setting - trees, etc. was just so relaxing - just a lovely place with everyone so friendly and wanting to please. So- Thank you- we will remember you in our future travels!

Condor Tours and Travel set up our wonderful trip to Barcelona, Spain, our Azamara Club Cruise around Spain and ending in Lisbon, Portugal. Our hotel in Barcelona was very comfortable, in a wonderful location, so we could walk to everything we wanted to see and also get on the Hop on and off Tour Bus. The tour company in Barcelona that Condor Tours and Travel booked our tours with, Century Incoming, was able to get us tickets to see The Basilica of Sagrada Familia, as it is one of the most visited sites in Barcelona. Our cruise on The Azamara Club Cruise ship, Azamara Journey, was wonderful. Our room was very comfortable, the crew on the ship were very kind and helpful, the food delicious, the on board entertainment was very good, and the Shore Excursions were great. Our hotel in Lisbon, Portugal was comfortable and in a nice location. The tour company in Lisbon, Century Incoming, that Condor Tours and Travel set up our tours with, was very helpful, the tours were great, and on time. We cant thank Lori Snow and Condor Tours and Travel enough for setting up such a wonderful vacation for us. We highly recommend Condor Tours and Travel to set up your next vacation.

The tours of all the towns and cities were so interesting and informative. The on board entertainment was with local performers, musicians and historians and was outstanding. The trip was wonderful. The flights were good albiet long, ha ha. The motels were first class. All of the transfers and connections were great, on time and hassle free. You really surprised us with the transfer from Amsterdam Airport to the Doubletree. What a pleasant surprise. The boat was wonderful and the crew was unbelievable. We had the greatest time and the excursions were outstanding. We did not do any of the additional excursions since our plate was full with the inclusive ones. The entertainment was very good and the time passed so quickly. What a beautiful land we saw and how neat and clean all the towns and highways were. A first class trip for sure. Thank you for the bottle of wine in the cabin. We really appreciated it and we toasted you and Lori. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and for planning a most unforgettable trip. Give our blessing to any other clients who may wish to take a river cruise. If we can ever help you or someone else with our insights into our trip, please don’t hesitate to ask us. Thanks again for the great trip you planned and the flawless way it unfolded. Everything went like it was magic. Best to you and Lori and have a great year.

Our most recent trip this past May 2016 with Condor Tours & Travel was a combined trip to the Galapagos Islands and Machu Picchu. The dates for our adventure were based upon good information from Condor. The weather at Machu Picchu was clear and bright and we could access all parts of the sight. As well, their recommendation for going to the Galapagos at the end of warm season gave us the benefit of warm water for snorkeling and observing a multitude of bird and animal species. During the planning stages, my wife and I really appreciated the flexibility demonstrated by Condor in allowing us to choose the hotels that we would be staying in. Trying to keep within budget constraints and yet have quality accommodation, all of the hotels were clean, well appointed and the staff was first rate. From the time that we finalized the trip to our departure date, a period of seven months, Condor made us aware of airline developments or the need to make minor itinerary adjustments. These were done quickly and efficiently by them based on their expert advice. Upon our arrival in Ecuador we spent three nights in Quito, which included a full day tour of the city, and then onto the Galapagos. Our tour of the Galapagos was four nights/four days aboard the MV Eden. Condor provided us with several recommendations for a sixteen-passenger vessel and we chose the Eden based upon its itinerary and cost. Even though it was rated as three stars, everything about the ship, its crew and the services provided were five stars. The crew was friendly, helpful and displayed a wonderful sense of humor with the passengers. Our on board guide and naturalist for the island tours was extremely knowledgeable, well organized, friendly and considered the passengers opinions, where possible, when planning our daily itineraries. The Galapagos experience was beyond all expectations. My wife and I both wish that we could have had another evening on the vessel and a few days to visit Port Ayore. After the Galapagos we overnighted in Lima on our way to the Machu Picchu leg of our adventure. This portion of our trip included six different transfers between hotels, airports or train stations, five different tours and five hotels. Condor’s meticulous organization made all travel between locations, transfers to and from hotels to airports seamless. Drivers and tour company reps arrived for hotel or airport pick up on time, were courteous and their assistance at the airports was invaluable. Our journey included four private tours and one that was part of a group. Each of the tour guides spoke very good English, presented themselves in a professional manner, was knowledgeable about the sight that was being visited, readily answered questions and maintained a pace that was comfortable for enjoying the specific location. We have had the pleasure and success now in arranging three trips with Condor and will continue to use their services in the future. Lori and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make visiting other countries a memorable experience. Our bucket list still has many locations to visit and we will be using Condor to help us “check off” the list.

Our trip to Quito and the Galapagos was a very well planned trip from start to finish. The Legend was above our expectations and the crew was superb in all they did. They were considerate, helpful and very careful in handling us debarking and embarking the ship twice a day. (That had me a little worried as I have bad knees.) It was our choice to skip one walking tour over a rocky terrain which was rated difficult and we spent a very relaxing half day on the ship. The meals on board were delicious and included a variety of Ecuadorean specialties which were well-received by the passengers. We especially enjoyed the 3 nights in the 2 Quito hotels - they were among the most charming we have experienced. Fabian, our guide, spoke excellent English and his tour to the "Equator Line" was a major highlight of the trip! We would certainly use Condor Tours again!

We returned safe and sound from our trip last Friday and I have been anxious to sit down and write you about our experience. First, I have to say that the entire two weeks went off without a hitch and everyone we met from Condor Travel were as good as it gets. Beginning with our arrival at Quito, we had a great time in the city, exploring, eating, walking, taking in the sites. We were there on a Sunday and got to experience the open air market and street closure so families could stroll and enjoy the day in the town squares. We felt like locals! The Hotel Andaluz Patio was wonderful as was the food. The day we were leaving, the President's motorcade drove right by us on his way to the Presidential Palace. The Seaman Journey - We could have stayed an extra couple of days it was so amazing. Each day was different and the animals/birds/fish all put on a show for us! We loved the boat life and thank you, thank you, thank you for insisting we take the matrimonial suite. It was private, roomy, and comfortable, and very clean. Our guide Camello, was awesome and the staff so friendly and attentive. I don't know how he does it, but the chef was incredible!!! Our meals and snacks were healthy, delicious, and creative. We so enjoyed the structure of each day, our panga trips to the islands and our hikes/swims/snorkeling. I think the highlight was the snorkeling at Devils Crown. It took your breath away. We swam with thousands of beautiful fish, sharks, turtles, rays, sea lions. It was just amazing. The blue footed boobies were delightful and so interesting to watch; we saw the first arrival of the Albatross on the islands for the season. Also 3 Galapagos' hawks that had not been seen for a while and an abundance of iguanas, turtles and sea lions. We so enjoyed our hikes and swims - the weather was hot and humid but perfect. Peru - So amazing and when i walked through the gate at Machu Picchu, I cried. Everything we did in Peru was so interesting, amazing and enlightening. All the ruins, the salt mines, the agriculture ruins were incredible, Saqsaywaman. The itinerary couldn't have been better - kept us busy but we loved every minute. All our guides were wonderful - Efrian (Quito), Camello (Seaman Journey), Washington, Elliot, Percy (Machu Picchu) - distinctive personalities with an obvious passion for their country and their heritage. All the hotels were first class. We loved the Hotel B in Lima but got there late at night (10:30) and left first thing in the morning - we all would have liked more time there but I know we gave you a time frame due to work schedules. We cannot say enough about Peru - the people - the history - the food - the terrain - the archaeology - We loved it! We would definitely go back to both Ecuador and Peru - maybe an Amazon river trip??? We had perfect weather in Peru as well. The day we went to Machu Picchu, it started out gloriously beautiful and then about 1:30 the rain came (but only for about 30 or 45 minutes). That night, it rained most of the night (the Inka Terra was a perfect hotel for listening to the rain) and when we ascended Machu Picchu the 2nd day, it was very magical and mysterious - shrouded in clouds/fog coming in and leaving and doing the fog dance. We got there early and did the Bridge Hike and seemed to have the place to ourselves for a while. I loved the trail to the bridge. We originally planned to go to Sun Gate, but because of the rain/clouds it wasn't possible to see the sun rise and our guide said he thought the hike to the bridge was more interesting....we really enjoyed it and enjoyed being on our own as well. Thank YOU, Sue, and all your staff for your hard work and making this trip The Best Trip Ever!!! Muchos gracias para todo - abrazos y besos!!!

We had a wonderful journey, hotels mostly very good, tour guides very helpful and knowledgeable, sometimes difficult to understand due to accents. Guide in Quito was very good (he only had the 2 of us to tour around) and managed to get us into the Executive line at the airport along with other Latin Trails travelers. Loved all the places we saw and the scenery everywhere was fantastic. Galapagos was so interesting, and the animals were prolific and so incredible. The Odyssey and crew were terrific. They were ALL very careful with all of us getting in and out of the Xodiacs, helping us in and out of live vests... Our naturalist (Christian was his name) was excellent and made it fun for all of us. He does his job very well. The combination of nationalities on the cruise was GREAT! We were the only Americans (born),German couple, Swiss family of 4, Israeli father and son recently moved to Texas and naturalized, British couple & a single Brit man and 2 male Ecuadorean photographers creating a piece for the company. Everyone was good about eating with different people each time we sat, and that made it most interesting. English was predominant. Food was very good, colorful and healthy. We appreciated the fact that each time we returned to the boat after an activity, especially snorkeling, that a snack was organized on the deck to refresh us.

I do want to let you know directly how much we enjoyed the trip and to thank you for all of your work on our behalf. From the beginning, you were very responsive and willing to make multiple adjustments to help us arrive at a price that worked for us. While we were gone, your responsiveness was very much appreciated, the Latin Trails folks had amazing follow up also. Specifically, we really enjoyed all of the tours and learned a lot!! Airport and train transfers were all done in a timely manner, even if our travels were delayed. We could always count on the rep to meet us. The transfer shuttles/cars/vans were clean and we always felt safe with the drivers. The process of the guides checking us in for internal flights was so very helpful - the Galapagos check in especially, was quite confusing. It was wonderful to be able to trust the guides to help us out with all of this. The hotels were amazing!! The Inkaterra facilities and the Boutique Hotel in Cusco were standouts! The meals supplied were all very good, again the Inkaterra at Aguas Calientes was excellent in this regard. We felt very well taken care of......Latin Trails was calling the hotel each night before a pick up to confirm the time and they were always on time. All tour guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They were all terrific. The sites and adventures that you selected for us, were right on - so enjoyed our visits everywhere. Peter's favorite was the Galapagos, my favorites were either the Amazon or Macchu Pichu. The small boat in the Galapagos was just right for us - we sure enjoyed the crew, tour guide and the other travelers, some of whom we met up with on other portions of our trip and enjoyed catching up with them. The train/bus up to Aguas Caliente/Macchu Pichu both worked out really well - no issues, all went very smoothly. We appreciated having a rep meet us at the train and take us through the boarding process. What a magnificent site! Know that we had a wonderful time and it wouldn't have been possible without all of your planning and very hard work to put this trip together for us. Thank you so very much.

In the travel business, you think that you have all the bases covered, but inevitably, something will come up, but the difference between a mediocre supplier and an outstanding one like Condor Tours and Travel is the assistance they give to you when needed in a timely manner. Lori certainly shined when you needed advice and assistance. Choosing a reliable supplier is very important to every travel agent, and that is why I contact Lori for my Central and South America clients. I know that both me as an agent and my client will receive the care and attention before and more importantly, during the trip. It is music to my ears when a client returns home and has had a fantastic and memorable experience. Thanks to Lori and her professional team both in the United States and in South and Central America for their 5 star service.

I have been home a week and I have still not caught up with all that needs to be done. Maybe the reason for this is that I take time to think about the trip to Portugal which was wonderful. Amazing to think of all the things we did and saw in ten days. The tour director (Pedro Pinto) and the coach driver (Augusto) could not have been better. Interesting that we, USA citizens, were in the minority. There were 8 of us out of 49 travelers. The food was excellent. I am inspired to make my own artisan bread, Portuguese soup, and I purchased a cataplana so I can cook fish stew and other delectable concoctions. However, I missed American coffee. By the end of the tour I was getting used to coffee and hot milk, but I savored that first cup of black coffee that I ordered as soon as we landed in Philly. Thank you for encouraging me to go first class air fare. It made the long flight more comfortable and I think helped with the jet lag. Needless to say, I thank you for all the planning and caring that you put into the trip.

WE had a MARVELOUS time Pat and wanted to send you a HUGE hug and thank you for your efforts in making this the most memorable trip ever! I was so worried and even felt a little silly for contacting you in regards to transportation surrounding the hotels in Venice and Florence. =) They were ridiculously close to the train station and we couldn't have been more appreciative of that. We were especially pleased at the organization and timeliness of everything and everyone involved... considering we didn't provide you all a whole lot of pre-planning for this trip, everything was pretty seamless. Thank you, Thank you and THANK YOU so much...we look forward to planning our next adventure with you all and cannot stop talking about how great Condor Travel was to us.

As we are moving through these unprecedented times one of the unique highlights is remembering our trip to Italy that we booked with you last summer. It was our first experience out of the country and you walked us through every step of the process with patience and understanding. You took the time to sit down with us face-to-face and talk about the trip, answering all my questions and eliminating all the guess work. You literally took care of every detail. I remember going online to look at private tour companies and was completely overwhelmed. You came to the rescue and booked us with Livitaly who provide three absolutely outstanding guides! Our guide, Ernesta Fae, from Insight Vacations was a joy to be around and a wealth of information. As a resident of Italy, we felt like we were touring the country as part of her family. A few days before departure Lori sat down with us and gave us a lovely pouch with all our travel documents organized inside. When we arrived in Rome the transfer driver actually found us! Every detail was attended to and every question answered and every need anticipated before we left and I know now what a big deal that is, to be able to just sit back and enjoy the experience, the sights, the tastes, the smells, the sounds, without interruption or challenges or anxiousness. Pure relaxation and enjoyment! Lori followed up with us when we got back and it was a great feeling to report only joy, happiness and gratitude for the trip of a lifetime! We are looking forward to our next adventure with Lori and Condor Tours and Travel. Thank you!! Lisa Thompson - Atlanta, GA

Ladies Panama Dry Season Tour, February 1 – 13, 2020 BEST TRIP EVER!. If you haven’t been to Boquete and Chiriqui area, make sure you plan it on your next trip. We took a short flight from Tocumen to David and were met by our very knowledgeable driver and guide for trip to Boquete, with stops along the way for lunch and interesting sights. Roads are excellent, people are friendly, weather was cool, flowers and landscaping are beautiful. The icing on the cake was we stayed at the PANAMONTE hotel, still owned and managed by the family of the canal construction worker who started it all with 5 rooms over 100 years ago. We sat outside by the fireplace, soaked up the sun on comfortable lounges, walked to town, had the most delicious and lovely meals, even had lemon grass tea that was fresh cut from the gardens, it is as delightful and relaxing at night with twinkle lights high up in old graceful trees as during the day. We toured a coffee plantation where saw people picking the beans and then the beans spread out and raked by hand to dry before roasting. We learned about butterflies and bees in their native habitat, and sampled 27 flavors of honey. We went to the Volcan, saw long waterfalls, curved rock formations from the volcanic flows, had lunch at open air restaurants, and did a little shopping at roadside vendors. Our time in Panama was wonderful, the dinner show with festive dancers was so much fun, we visited the Biodiveristy Museum and wished we had more time there. We had cevichi every place we could, and the best is still at the Balboa Yacht club. Thanks to Lori and her staff for making this our BEST TRIP EVER.

Making the 100 year trip to Panama was one of the biggest events in my life. After being away for 61 years, one cannot imagine how impressed I was with the changes that had been going on in Panama. Ever since my return to the United States, I have been writing about the joy that I experienced on this trip, which was so very well-planned by Condor Tours & Travel. At first I was concerned about the food and the water, but, as it turned out, everything was excellent as far as food, and the water was from the Chagres River, so who can complain about that? I was surprised at how well I felt even in the high temperatures and the humidity during the rainy season. One of the highlights of the trip was the Jungle Boat tour, because I was actively involved in kayaking up to a waterfall. Visiting the Embera Indian Village up the Chagres River gave me a different perspective on my wants and needs in this life, for they seem like such a contented people with so very little. On this tour, I went to places that I had never seen before, even though I was born and raised in the Canal Zone. Lori and her staff did an outstanding job in the planning and organizing of each event. My only regret is that I did not take a tour before now. I am looking forward to the opportunity of going on another tour with Lori and her staff. Thank you so much for all that was done to make this a most outstanding tour.

You have the best staff in Panama! My granddaughter was ready to go home with our guide, Connie! Connie was a delight to be with and so knowledgeable. Our driver, Edmundo, went out of his way to help us. He went with us on our hike to the waterfalls, told us where to eat, and joined us. Such a nice man. The butterfly garden was another big hit. The girls LOVED the Jungle Boat ride. Amelia caught her first fish. The other two girls went kayaking for the first time. The meal was really good as well. We are glad we stayed the eight days in Amador. The hotel was clean and the people were very nice. Thank you for helping us make the most of our time. Joe and I enjoyed watching our grand girls the most! They all said it was much better than Disney. Mission accomplished!

Just wanted to tell you that our tour of Panama was the trip of a lifetime. It was wonderful revisiting the country of my birth as well as that of my three children. Our tour guide was so caring and very knowledgeable about everything to do with Panama. Your tours covered everything that I wanted to see in Panama and the former Canal Zone. It had been 45 years since I had been there, so it was very much changed. I am happy for the country of Panama.... The beach stay was a welcome chance to relax and enjoy the amenities of the Sheraton. I was able to tour my former home of Santa Clara, but couldn't recognize any of the homes there. We did get down to the beach and even ate lunch at a little restaurant there. Gamboa rainforest was just incredible. The highlight was the trip to the Embera Indian village. The trip to Boquete was another wonderful experience. We had a spacious room with a fireplace which we used several times. We enjoyed the coffee tour, a tour of honey bees which also included beautiful gardens, honey tasting and shopping. We had a terrific guide. I did not participate in any mountain hiking, but preferred to rest, relax and enjoy the scenery. We were pleasantly surprised that everything we tried on the menu at the cafe was delicious. All meals were slow and relaxing.... Thanks again for such a wonderful tour.

My son and I traveled to Panama 1-9 December 2015. He was born there and was only three years old the last time he was there. I was raised in the former Canal Zone and wanted to share in the culture and environment I experienced. When I won the Condor tour to Isla Palenque, opportunity presented itself. Lori Snow was quick and responsive to all my questions, cost concerns, and additional time in country following our island adventure. All our flight arrangements, transit pickups, and the resort/hotel accommodations were awesome. From the rain forest environment to the incredible canal expansion experience, lifetime memories past and present were enshrined in my son and I. Our thanks to all who assisted in making this trip possible.

Now that life has returned to close to normal, I wanted to thank you and all the staff at Condor Tours for the trip to Panama that you organized for my sister and me. You were so patient and understanding in booking the trip. The logistics, the pace, the excursions were all great. Glenda was a terrific tour guide, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Raul, our driver, was personable, outgoing and super in negotiating around construction closures, rainy weather and potholes. The best part of the trip for me was our time in the rain forest--beautiful scenery and exciting animal sightings. It was a pleasure to work with you. I would recommend you and your company most highly and I look forward to booking another trip through you in future.

We had a fabulous time. Pat did a phenomenal job putting this trip together… we enjoyed every minute and had the perfect mix of education, exercise, Panamanian experience and some relaxation. My friends said we experienced more than they have in the 3 years they’ve lived there. I can tell you that I will reach out to you in the future in a heartbeat to put our next vacation together… it was that wonderful! The app you have was also extremely helpful. Thank you again for an amazing experience!

Wow!! You put together an amazing package for us and we all had such a great time! We had a full and enjoyable tour of Old Panama. I must tell you, that [our guide] was just wonderful. She is full of enthusiasm and knows Panama well, having been raised there. A real highlight was the Miraflores locks, and delicious lunch buffet and lots of time to see the ships and have a great visual of how the locks work. Standing high up on the observation deck gave us a perfect viewing area. Another great experience was staying at the Gamboa Rainforest Resort. It really gave the feeling of being in the interior of Panama as we looked out over the jungle greenery and the Chagres river. It was well worth staying there, because of the 2 tours you planned for us, the Embera Indian Village, and the Jungle Boat Tour. These were both incredible, and I am so glad they were included. For me, personally, I will rate the Embera Indian trip as the best, basically because, even though it was a tour, it felt the most natural and untouristy. These people are just lovely, and beautiful, and peaceful, and seem to have strong character about them. I just loved the experience! The experience of the canoe, and going deep into the jungle and then wading and walking and climbing over the last big rock to the gloriously refreshing waterfall and pool was amazing. Then coming back to the village many family members came down the hill to greet us with smiles and even the men playing instruments. And in a large raised hut the Indian chief told about their about their history of his great grandfather coming from Columbia to bring his people out of the atmosphere they were experiencing with drugs and violence, made me admire and appreciate them and their lifestyle. He gave us opportunity to ask questions, and was in no hurry as he talked with us. There is so much I could say, about how nicely we were served lunch, and the enjoyment of the villagers dancing for us. The Jungle Boat Tour was also such a hit. It was fun having such a special spot in the setting of the jungle and river and enjoying time of relaxation. The kayak trip was great. There was a refreshing treat at the end as again we waded and walked on the trail to arrive at a waterfall and swimming hole. We returned back to the floating lodge and we had been back only a few minutes when a large alligator, at least 10 feet long, came slowly and nonchalantly swimming by near the shore by the lodge. It was as if by cue that he came by. Thank you Lori for making this event possible and so enjoyable.

Condor Tours, planned a custom tour for our group of 17 former Zonians and families, and it was the adventure of a lifetime. Our excellent guide Connie grew up in the same town that I lived in, graduated from BHS, and our driver David was always on time and very pleasant. We did a partial transit, took the train to Atlantic side, rode in cayuco to Embera Indians, climbed a river to a beautiful waterfall and swimming hole, visited the cemetery where family members are interred, stood at the top of Quarry Heights overlooking the entrance to the canal, went to El Valle, swam at Santa Clara, and much more. Hotel accommodations were perfect. Lori planned a trip in 2011 with 13 other cousins, and we are working with her for a trip in June 2015.

This trip was all we wanted and more. This was my 90 year old dad’s bucket list trip and he loved it. The group was dad, me, my two sons and son-in -law. Everyone of us felt it was one of the best experiences of our lives. We loved the Bristol. Beautiful rooms, best breakfast buffet ever, wonderful evening meals, good bar and gourmet dinners. The staff treated us like royalty. The line-up of activities you chose was perfect but the train may have been the best. Standing on the open air landing was magical. All of our guides were outstanding but Raul and Luis were our favorites. I can’t think of one thing I would have changed. Thank you, thank you, thank yo

We had a very nice time! It was great to go to the different locations with different climates. El Otro Lado was very unique and the cottage was excellent. We were right in the water. It was very interesting having meals in the dining room. Very private with so few guests. The food was excellent. The Panamonte was very nice too. Our room was great. We had a fireplace on our porch. The rafting was great and the zip line was fun. Food was very reasonable. The Bristol was terrific. The rooms were very elegant. The tour worked out great.

The trip was wonderful and everything worked like clockwork.... All trips were well planned and Roberto and Margarita were a joy and full of interesting information....the staff at the hotels were so friendly and accommodating. The grounds at the Gamboa Rainforest Resort were breathtaking. I have passed this on to others. The ads on the Internet did not give justice to the Resort. It was even difficult to capture it in our photos. I will be sure to share my experience with others at the Reunion next year. Again, thanks to you and your staff for making this trip so memorable.

Just wanted to thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation. Everything went so smoothly (even the flat tire on the van that picked us up at the airport was part of the adventure) and everyone was so friendly. Margarita was wonderful and really made our trip so special. Both resorts were beautiful and wonderfully different. Such a special trip and made very relaxing due to all your planning. We had a wonderful dinner at Las Clemintinas in Casco Viejo if anyone ever needs a recommendation for dinner. The only thing I did not get to do was Napoli. Next time.

Just wanted to thank you, Susan, Hannah and the rest of the Condor Team for a very enjoyable family vacation. Gamboa was really beautiful and the hotel was excellent. We had a lovely meal in the Chagres Restaurant and enjoyed the wildlife around the hotel during the day. The Jungle Boat Tour was really enjoyable. The bus transport [to El Valle] was very comfortable. The zoo was the highlight of the El Valle Tour although we did enjoy the walk through of "El Chorro Macho" Waterfall. We enjoyed the couple days at the Decameron - relaxing on the beach and in the pools. The facilities at the beach were in good shape. The tour to Miraflores was very educational. Bristol Hotel was lovely and well situated. The group really enjoyed it. The partial tour of the Panama Canal was the highlight of our vacation along with the Jungle Boat Tour. The transportation to the Flamenco Pier from Bristol, to Flamenco from Gamboa and back to Bristol was on time and comfortable. In summary, we had a great time and were extremely pleased with the travel/accommodation arrangements made by Condor. We put this as one of the best vacations we have had. In closing, on behalf of our family, I would like to thank you and your entire team for a most enjoyable vacation and a job well done. I would definitely recommend Condor to our friends and hopefully we can do business together again in the future. Almost forgot - Margarita was very helpful and we always got through to her when we rang.

I arrived in Portland late last night after a wonderful trip to Panama! Many thanks to you and to your staff for all you did for me and my family; every arrangement you made went without a hitch. We are all very appreciative! I will certainly recommend Condor Tours and Travel to my friends. By the way, the Hotel Riu Plaza is stellar in all aspects, including the breakfast buffet! I would also recommend the Taboga Palace Spa Hotel; it, too, is excellent! And the Calaloo restaurant on Taboga has excellent food, and is a small, quaint place with a view of the ocean. Not too shabby that the owner is Canadian and serves Caesars, the Bloody Mary-type drink made with Clamato, which I can never find in the U.S. but make regularly in Victoria.

Foremost, my family agreed this was one of the BEST family vacations for a host of reasons. The group you use to supply the driver / guide is top notch. It was great having all the logistics taken care of - someone came the night we arrived to discuss the trip - she was energetic, friendly and great - the company you used for the logistics gets a 5 out of 5 star rating! The Panamanians were as I remember - wonderful and cordial. The Canal tour was awesome as recommended by Lori. The last day visiting the Santa Clara Beach was awesome - got burned like I used to when in High School! We had a great time and everything went seamlessly - great job Condor!

We're back in the land of ice and snow. We had a wonderful trip to Panama. Everything went extremely well. It was nice to have the continuity of the same driver and guide throughout most of our trip. We got to know them a bit throughout our trip and they were both quite personable. We enjoyed being on our own as opposed to being in a large group with other travelers. It was also a nice mix of guided tours and free time. The hotels were excellent choices. We especially enjoyed the time spent around the canal and the Jungle Boat Tour. There is such a variety of things to see in such a small area. We weren't rushed but we didn't waste any time either. It was a good pace. Everything was well organized and we didn't have any worries.

My decision to visit Panama, a little late out the door, was made in late December for an early February trip. I contacted five tour companies and within an hour I received a return email from Lori Snow at Condor. Lori then spent the next week fine-tuning my trip on an almost hourly basis. I requested a private tour, with boutique hotels, that balanced a heavy dose of nature, indigenous and folkloric culture, the Canal and the contemporary art world of Panama. As I am on the west coast and Condor Tours and Travel are on the east, Lori was working 12-15 hour days to serve me. The first week I think I monopolized Lori’s every waking hour. During the following weeks I still had many questions about every detail. Lori was always “service with a smile,” often calling me by phone to discuss my concerns. The trip had the exact mix that I requested. I was pleased that the Canal components were scheduled at the beginning and end of the trip, so that my husband could have an engineering immersion before and after my mola shopping. We had a couple of good hikes, saw lots of rain forest, one amazing petroglyph, and several not so amazing glyphs, three kinds of monkeys, and amazing tropical flowers and birds. I had some very personal interactions with the Kuna, Embera, and Ngobe Bugle peoples as well as some descendants of the slaves from the Congo. We also loved the folkloric dinner theater experience in Panama City. Ok we didn’t love the food, but the dancing and music were great! Lori’s ground crew in Panama were careful to get us where we needed to be on time, even if it once required a 4:30 am pick-up. I was particularly grateful for the three days that we had with their guide Roberto. Roberto knew his history, his flora and fauna. But more then that, Roberto’s warmth and willingness to field questions on every topic gave our visit so much more depth. He even found for us a cashew fruit and a howler monkey, just because I mentioned I had never seen either. And thank you to Rafael, who managed to find every contemporary art gallery in town, via his personal social network. The ground crew was frequently on the phone with us, just to check in. Lori happened to be in Panama while we were in Panama so we had a live chat in country, and five days back into the states I received a follow up phone call from Lori. Thank you Lori Snow for all of the personal SERVICE!

We had a really great trip and thank you and all your staff for all the planning and assistance you gave us. I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did as I am not a tropical/hot and humid weather person. Enjoyed all the tours and the drivers and guides were exceptional. Loved the jungle boat tour and the canal transit was really interesting too. So nice to have a driver and glad we didn’t rent a car – crazy to drive in that town!

I just spoke with Mrs. R., they LOVED their guide, Margarita and driver, Luis that they had while in Panama. “Margarita was amazing” and great with the children. The children had the best time ziplining. They also appreciated having the VIP arrival service, husband loved it! They zipped right through customs while others waited in hour long lines. All transfers/tours were on time and perfect.

For a five night stay in Panama City, my wife and I used Condor Tours and Travel for hotel & airport transport, arranging tickets for the Partial Canal tour as well as ground transportation to and from Flamenco Pier and a private half day city and canal tour (Miraflores Locks Museum and Observation Building). Ground transportation was excellent. The driver was punctual and the vehicle very clean. Our driver’s English was on the same level as our knowledge of Spanish and we had fun trying to communicate with each other. Our tour guide for the half-day city and canal tour was extremely knowledgeable and presented interesting facts about the history of Panama City during our tour of Casco Viejo and Panama Viejo. She answered our many questions about life in Panama, other places to visit in the city and was a very good person to have as our introduction to Panama. We are planning other trips to Central and South America and will not hesitate to have Condor Tours and Travel help us with our preparation.

Trudy and I had a great time in Panama for my 40th Class Reunion in March. Since my mother still lives there, I have been to Panama over ten times after graduation, but this is the first trip where I let someone else make the arrangements. This is definitely the way to go! The benefits of not having to worry about getting from the airport to the hotel in the incredible Panamanian traffic, especially at night, was worth whatever premium we paid. The accommodations were excellent. We made our own booking for the last night when we returned from David and I must note that we were on the rear side of the hotel, overlooking the gas storage tanks and not on the front looking out over the canal as with your accommodations. You definitely have some connections! All the activities were well planned and went very smoothly. Having the small bus to take us from place to place with a driver and tour guide was indeed a blessing. Although most of us had grown up in Panama, it was most interesting to have someone explain the changes. The guides and drivers were incredibly courteous, professional, informative and friendly. I realize that you work with some local firms to provide the services, but I would be hard pressed to tell who worked for Condor or for another company. It was all very seamless. We heard a number of complaints from those who did not make the arrangements through Condor, and who, to save a few dollars made their own plans, regarding the royal treatment we were getting which they did not have. Finally, and I could add a number of other instances where Condor and your staff excelled, I truly appreciated all the follow up before the trip to make sure we had all the necessary paperwork for a smooth trip and stay. I would highly recommend Condor to anyone who is traveling to Panama and I am sure your other excursions are as professional as to this destination. I would certainly consider traveling with Condor again. Trudy and I thank you and all your staff.

ust wanted to touch base with you one more time regarding our recent visit to Panama. We really enjoyed getting to see different parts of Panama, and with your help, the trip went very smoothly. Casco Viejo was one of the highlights: imagine where it will be in 5 years! We really loved Las Clementinas, and our hike every day up to the top floor got us in shape for things to come! The restaurant at the hotel and Tantalo were our favorites. Boquette was a beautiful area; we enjoyed the birds and the coffee plantation tour, but must admit, the weather was too cool for us trying to get out of the New York winter weather. The staff was also very attentive and kind. Really loved La Loma Jungle Lodge! We felt we were part of nature.Three sides of the Rancho were open to the air with a wall behind the bed, where the bathroom was located. We felt as if we were in a nest! The owners, Henry and Margaret and their help, Jack and Bri, were warm and helpful. They prepared 3 knock out meals a day which rivaled food prep in NYC! Your staff and you were extremely proficient in dealing with our needs during the trip and we thank you. We will recommend you to our friends!

I want to thank you for putting together an absolutely awesome trip to Panama. Considering that we represented 4 generations, it had to be a challenge and it turned out great. I did back down on the zip line. Figured at age 77, I didn't need to do that. Shelly and Cody loved it and said that I would have liked it too. On the jungle boat tour we opted for fishing instead of kayaking, and it was good to have a choice that wasn't quite so physical. Both hotels were wonderful. The Gamboa Resort and Tours were our favorite. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We got back late from the jungle boat tour and a marina employee actually took us up to the hotel in his pickup. The Westin Playa Bonita was beautiful and sooo modern. Loved the view of Taboga Island which brought back happy memories. Again, thank you so much for our wonderful trip to Panama.

We had a wonderful trip! Peru's scenery was beautiful, the Peruvians are gracious, polite and welcoming. Everything went well, especially the Condor services. The transfer gentlemen and the guides did a great job. We really enjoyed having the private transfers and guides, their professionalism and personalities were appreciated. Thank you for your work and time. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I can. Thanks again.

It is amazing how quickly life can reinsert itself after a vacation. Sorry for the delay in this response but we were very pleased with the professionalism of the personnel in Peru. Some of the outstanding guides were Daniel who conducted the Sacred Valley tour, Frieda who conducted the Mara and Moray tour, and Rueben who conducted the Machu Picchu tour. The knowledge base of these guides was exceptional. We were always picked up on time and transported in comfortable conveyances. The stand out hotel was the Inkaterra Hacienda Urubamba. Just lovely! Great accommodations in a private cabin with fireplace and well trained, attentive staff. Kudos to you and Condor Travel for a wonderful trip. Thank you so much.

The trip was fabulous! The hotels, service, guides, everything was perfect. .... there was a strike going on in the morning so instead of leaving at 10:00 am we left at 7:00 am, which was great! Our plane was 2/3 empty from those folks who hadn't been advised to leave early. Thanks to Condor we didn't have any problem! We loved the floating islands as much as Machu Picchu! And Iguazu Falls was the BEST - you must go there sometime - you will love it!

We had an absolutely fabulous trip to Cusco; the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu! The Condor staff, particularly our guide Lobo; were amazing; the highlight (apart from Machu Picchu itself) was the horseback riding - the kids loved it and it took us away from all the other tourists - and the Sol Y Luna, which was so beautiful and peaceful with great service; food and grounds!! Condor did an excellent job and we were very happy with our trip: Thank you for all your help and flexibility in planning this for our family.

Everything was fantastic. Condor Travel treated us very well and were very helpful. All the guides were amazing and very informative. Also, white water rafting was a blast. The guides did a great job of making us feel safe while having a good time. We had no problems with anything. The trip could not have gone any better than it did, and I look forward to using Condor Tours and Travel in the future. Thank you for a great trip!

Our trip was everything we expected and more. Of critical importance was the handling of all our transfers and tour guides and that was expertly done by Condor Travel in every instance. I won't go into all the details, but suffice it to say that there were a few experiences that stood out above the others. First the stay in Lima was quite good. The B Hotel was exceptionally nice, well worth the extra $100. Everything about it was superlative. Our guide Ricardo was kind enough to take us on a short detour to the place I stayed at 55 years ago. Of course it is now occupied by a commercial company but nonetheless the structure is still there and it brought back fond memories. The Cusco guide, Gladys Soto, was exceptionally good - low key, knowledgeable, pleasant, and capable of handling any and all questions and situations presented to her. The visit to the small village and having lunch there, visiting the llama clothing store, and the tour of Cusco and surroundings were most memorable. Of course, the Inkaterra Hotel was another of those standout locations to remember as exceptional. Machu Picchu, in spite of the rain, was a cultural, visual, and historical gem of highest degree. Its existence is testimony of the creativity, stamina, tenacity, and inherent intelligence of the native peoples to survive and thrive in such a demanding location. The train ride to and from Machu Picchu Pueblo was most enjoyable. I also had an in depth conversation and analysis of the how and why the site was developed by the Peruvians of the day and their religion before and after the invasion of the Spanish. The old world charm, elegance, and contemporary functioning of the B Hotel and the Inkaterra Hotel were much appreciated and admired by my wife (who is a tour guide at a local 200 year old mansion) and me. We are recommending it to our friends as a trip well worth taking.

My daughter and I are home from South America and I thought I’d write to tell give you some feedback about our trip. First of all, we absolutely loved our hotel in the Sacred Valley, the Inka Terra. The setting was absolutely magnificent and the service was far beyond our highest expectations. Our room was wonderful, the food was wonderful, everything about the place was wonderful. Our next stop was Machu Picchu. When we got picked up by Condor Tours in Cusco we were 2 hours late as we missed our connecting flight in Lima due to delayed baggage. Although we were late our guide had a big smile on his face and was waiting there to greet us. We also enjoyed our stay in Cusco and were pleased with the hotel. We both really loved Peru and would consider returning at a later date. Thanks for everything.

A note of appreciation for a wonderful trip so well planned and executed by you and your team. Don and I had a fabulous time exploring Peru with the Millers and the Bakers. Some notes: Hotels: the variety of the hotels selected by you were a treat from the service, art work, environment, and amenities that each had to offer. I could have spent a week in each one… It was a treasure to walk in and be treated like VIPs due to the dedicated service. Exploring the grounds and questioning the art work and artifacts was an experience in itself. All adding to the culture with which we were engulfed. Guides: the knowledge shared by each guide was so appreciated by all of us. There wasn’t a question we asked that was not answered. Each of them expressed humor as they guided us along the trail and made our experience even more enjoyable. They shared personal ideas and feelings and we did the same, bringing the two cultures together. Our favorites were: Elliot, who showed us around Cusco on the half day tour, Percy, who guided us through Machu Picchu in the fog and rain and made it all seem mystical. Both Percy and Elliot were mindful of the photo ops we might want to catch and took wonderful pictures of the six of us, couples, and individuals. They each knew the best spots to capture the moment, beauty and historical importance. Transportation: The train was a great experience and a new way to see the countryside. We even spotted the cliff hanging hotel rooms that we had read about on the internet. Our buses were comfortable and the drivers were great maneuvering in and out of traffic and through the winding mountain roads. Each flight was easy and well scheduled by your office staff. All transportations was timely and we were notified in advance what to expect. We will remember this trip for a very long time and are so pleased to have had you on our side planning each step of the way. Now if only you had a program to organize the many pictures we took!

We want to comment about our fabulous trip. We are so grateful for such an excellent itinerary. Truly a trip of our lifetime. The tour guides were superior! They all were so personable, kind and made us feel safe and secure. We never had a problem with language and carried on great conversations about our tour and life in Peru. While at Machu Picchu, Senor Williams was so wonderful in helping us walk around and exploring this magnificent site. Our tour to the Sacred Valley began with expert guiding from Oscar to arrive at our " Tambo", the incredible Tambo Del Inca resort. What a property! This stay was "out of this world" with stunning vistas to King & Queen service. And food? Wow! We continued our tours of the Sacred Valley on Tuesday in Cinchero, experiencing & purchasing authentic Peruvian scarves & throws and visiting the original Inca settlement and understanding the colonial impact of the Spaniards. The Spanish Church there in Cinchero is a "must see". It's old, authentic, dark, cold and you feel like you were there 400 + years ago. In the afternoon, our guide took us by car to Ollanataytambo, the Inca fortress and battle site. Stunning high terraces. We continued on the Peru Train to Agua Calientes and Machu Picchu. We loved this experience as we traveled via rail weaving throughout the valley with sights of snow/ice capped "Veronica" and then entering the " jungle environment arriving at the town of Agua Calientes. Once we reached our summit - Machu Picchu... No words, just the pinnacle experience. We are so humbled. Great plan to visit twice. You can not take it all in with one visit. On to Cusco, the finale. It was a great finish. A stunning Motel, the Belmond Monastario. Unreal to be housed in a 1600's monastery! These guys treated us again like Inca Kings and Queens, with superior personable service and fantastic food. Again, our guide came Saturday afternoon and provided a short city tour of several historic sites around Cusco (the Main Square to Sacsayhuaman). Just wonderful. We especially enjoyed driving around Cusco with super narrow streets and elevations. What a trip! Wow, what a jaw dropping experience. Thank you so much!

Hope you are doing well and that business has been good for you. What a wonderful trip we all had and thanks so much for your attention to everything you planned for us. I liked the dancing that they do (at the BOMA dinner) and all the drums are great for me…. that part was wonderful. We were unbelievably impressed with the staff at both Makutsi and Chobe and Victoria Falls. The folks were beyond very nice and beyond very helpful. They were exceptional. We could see that some were newer on the job than others, but nonetheless exceptional with wanting to help and service you. Wayne Maddams was soooooooooooo cool! Big kudos to him‼ Capetown was great. Lori, I even tried warthog and impala‼ - very good and actually I couldn't really tell! Food was great and I didn't walk away from any meal hungry! Thanks again for everything that you did to make our vacation remarkable and truly memorable.

Once again, thank you for all your help on setting up our trip to Africa. The entire process was outstanding and the result truly a trip of a lifetime. Here are some highlights and feedback for you to use in the future if you ever have any other guests looking at Africa: Flights were all great. The only real issue we had (which really wasn’t any problem), was on our return when we flew Mango and then switched to SA. We had to get our bags in Johannesburg and move them over, but that worked ok due to customs anyway so no problem. Karula Kapama is amazing! First class, great people, excellent reserve. They treated us great and we loved it! Trip into Zambia and Zimbabwe was great and interesting. Victoria Falls Safari Suites were nice. Not as nice as Karula and a bit aged but overall a very nice facility with awesome views and good food. The BOMA was interesting and overall the people were great. Ra Ikane boat ride was great! Perfect way to end a day after the tour to the falls. We also fit a helicopter ride in the middle and had a great day! Blue Train was cool. Service was first class. The train was delayed for some reason so we missed the tour of the mine but overall we enjoyed the trip and the food and drink was all first class. Had a great time in Cape Town. What a great way to end the trip. Plenty to do, lots to see and the people were great. We could walk to the Waterfront from our hotel the Cape Royal which was great and the accommodations were first class again. Table mountain was a blast and we enjoyed walking around up top. As I said everything was great and we appreciate your hard work to make it happen. Can’t wait for our next adventure!

WHAT A WONDERFUL AFRICAN SAFARI TRIP !!!!!!! (1) WE LOVED EVERYTHING: OUR BEST PLACE WAS CHOBE SAFARI LODGE. Those Animal Safaris were fabulous and so was staying at that Wonderful Beautiful Lodge !!!! (2) WE LOVED THE VICTORIA FALLS HOTEL, so gorgeous there. We also loved going to the local "Boma Dinner". (3) At the MAKUTSI SAFARI FARM… We really enjoyed Heika Weber. She is such a Super Lady. ALL THE WORKERS AT MAKUTSI WERE WONDERFUL & THE SAFARI GUIDES WERE ALL SO SMART ABOUT ALL THE ANIMALS WE SAW ON OUR SAFARI'S & SURROUNDINGS. We were so very very close to these magnificant animals in South Africa. IT WAS AWESOME, but also scary at the same time when these wonderful animals were 3-5 feet away from us !!!!! There were giraffes running and our Safari Guide stopped our jeep and we just watched them run in front of us... The food was also FABULOUS !!! (4) Lastly we loved our stay in Cape Town at the PROTEA PRESIDENT HOTEL. We all loved Wayne Maddams, who was our Private Guide for 9 hours taking us all around on our Cape Point Tour on Wednesday HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & A SUPER GREAT GUIDE. We all loved the places you picked for us to see while in Cape Town. It was a beautiful day, sunny & 75. The next day they expected more rain...... So it was a super gorgeous day & a great ending for our trip!!!! IT TRULY WAS A "TRIP OF A LIFETIME"!!!!! LORI, THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR WORK ON OUR TRIP.

Thank you so much for your help with this one! My client's words to describe the vacation were "fabulous." She said everything went more than smoothly and she was very impressed with the tour operation in Peru--people were very accommodating and pleasant. Not a single complaint (which is very unusual in this day and time). Thanks again and I look forward to working with you in the future.

We are currently on our flight back from Johannesburg, after a fabulous 1 and a half weeks in the great country of South Africa. My boys and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Makutsi is a gem of a resort; we had a great time there and did some very successful game-viewing each time we went out, including the Kruger Park. The food was very good as well. The tour in Johannesburg went well... In Cape Town we booked some nice trips in addition to the one you booked for us. Everything went according to plan. Cape Town is impressive as a city. Overall a highly enjoyable trip with no hitches. Thank you.

Our trip to Alaska in December was fantastic; thank you for arranging such an adventure. Our 3 night stay at the Chena Hot Springs Resort north of Fairbanks was the highlight of our trip; we saw the Northern Lights, visited the Husky kennels several times and rode a Husky drawn sled, visited the Ice Museum and drank an appletini from an ice glass at the Ice Bar, went hiking and rode a snowmobile. Throughout our stay, we enjoyed the outdoor hot springs. Traveling from Fairbanks to Anchorage via the Alaska railroad provided unforgettable views of snow-covered landscape, mountains and moose. During our last day in Anchorage before returning to South Texas, it snowed. What a perfect ending to our adventure. Thank you Pat and Lori for suggesting Alaska; we highly recommend this winter trip.

Guides include Ly (Hanoi), Vinh (Hoi An, Da Nang, and Hue), Mui (Siagon), Singe (Siem Reap), and Aire (Bangkok). All deserve praise for their professionalism and subject matter expertise. Both Debbie and I will recommend your services to our friends and be booking another adventure in the near future.

A loyal OSSN member in Los Gatos, Calif., shares this update from the OSSN Panama fam trip with Condor Tours and Travel (Oct. 4-14): "When I saw the Panama fam trip come across my travel desk from OSSN, I felt this would be a great opportunity to educate myself on a destination I was not familiar with, along with introducing myself to a new supplier, Condor Tours and Travel. I have been through the Panama Canal on a Holland America cruise, but felt that the country of Panama might offer other options as a land-based tour. Lori Snow, the owner of Condor Tours and Travel, Inc., organized the 10-day tour of this fascinating country. In Panama City, we experienced a full-day tour to visit the historic Panama Viejo Spanish ruins and the UNESCO area of Casco Antiguo, plus the Miraflores locks visitor center on the Panama Canal. The next day, we boarded a boat at Gamboa Pier and did a partial transit through three canal locks. Then, we traveled to the mountainous region of Anton, where the ladies loved the stop at a traditional craft market from the local people and we visited the El Chorro Macho Waterfall (where we walked through a rainforest across rope bridges!) The final night for the basic fam trip was at the Gamboa Rainforest resort - a unique Panamanian-feeling hotel, where we took a tram ride in the rainforest as well as a boat ride to see capuchin and howler monkeys (we even saw crocodiles!) For those of us who chose a post-fam extension, we flew to Boquete in the rainforest to stay at the Panamonte, a Small Luxury Resort of the World property. The highlight for me was a four-hour cooking class arranged just for our group. I returned home from Panama with many wonderful memories of a country that offers many diverse choices to enable visitors to enjoy the vacation of their dreams. But, the most valuable aspect of the trip was getting to know Lori Snow and the diversity of tours her company - Condor Tours and Travel - offers!"

As travel agent in this ever changing and challenging world, especially with different requirements, Covid related tests, for various countries, I place my trust and confidence in Condor Tours and Travels, Lori and Kristen, for their professional advise, up to date knowledge to give expert advise for my clients. Recently I had a couple travel to Argentina for a pre-cruise experience traveling to Iguazu Falls, plus a fabulous hotel stay, and an Adventure Boat tour. With the requirements for testing for Brazil changing and becoming too challenging, Lori recommended experiencing the Argentina side only which turned out perfect and very appreciated by my clients. Kristen was always available for assistance with my clients and they felt very well cared for. I know that for both me as an agent and my client will receive the care and attention before and more importantly, during the trip. It is wonderful when a client returns from a trip and has had a fantastic experience. Thanks to Lori, Kristen and her professional team, both in the United States, and in the country my clients travel to, I know I can depend on 5 star plus service. With the current travel challenges we as travel consultants are facing today for our clients, especially staying up to date with the ever-changing country requirements for PCR testing, choosing a reliable supplier is all the more important. Lori and Kristen at Condor Tours and Travel assisted me and my clients for many months of pre-planning for a tour of Iguazu Falla in Brazil/Argentina in January. There were challenges with PCR required testing to go to Brazil, so Lori recommended my client enjoy the Argentina side of the falls while staying at a fabulous hotel. Then when their South America cruise cancelled at the last minute, Kristen suggested tours around Buenos Aires to enhance their stay. My clients were extremely pleased with the caring, supportive and expertise from Lori and Kristen. Many thanks for your five star plus service!
